Your website isn't a one-time project; it's a living asset that requires ongoing attention to remain secure, functional, and effective. Our non-optional Care Plans ensure your investment is protected and continues to perform, giving you total peace of mind.
Platform & Hosting Fee: $97/month
This foundational fee covers the licensing, hosting, top-tier security, and daily backups for the core software your site runs on.
Essential Care Plan
+$200/month
Total: $297/mo
Ideal for established sites that need consistent security and maintenance.
- Includes all Platform & Hosting services.
- Weekly technical health and security monitoring.
- Up to 4 Small Edits per month (e.g., text changes, photo swaps).
Growth Care Plan

TERMS & WORKING AGREEMENT
- Platform & Hosting: All websites are built and hosted within the Cynthia Marshall Design agency platform. The mandatory monthly Platform & Hosting Fee ensures your site remains secure, operational, and supported on our premium infrastructure.
- Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for providing all final website copy, branding assets, and images prior to the project start date. The client will continue to own and manage their own domain name and email provider.
- Payment Structure: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in the project queue. The final 50% is due upon project completion, prior to site launch.
- Care Plan & Cancellation: Your chosen Care Plan is billed monthly, beginning on the first of the month after your site goes live. You may cancel your Care Plan at any time with 30 days' written notice. Unused edits or projects do not roll over.
- Project Process: All projects are built in clearly defined benchmarks. Each benchmark requires client approval before work proceeds to the next stage, ensuring full transparency and alignment.
